Information we collect

Name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
Order, return and customer service details.
Payment information, processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna and others). We do not store your full card number.
Device and browsing data, such as IP address, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, handle returns and answer your questions.
To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
To send you promotional emails, if you sign up or are already a customer. You can unsubscribe in every email.
To measure store performance and show you relevant ads, if you accept analytics or marketing cookies.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
Payment providers.
Fulfillment partners and shipping carriers, only with what they need to deliver your order.
Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta, TikTok or Google), only for the purposes above.
Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners for targeted ads may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under some U.S. state laws; you can opt out below.

Your privacy rights (U.S. residents)

Depending on your state (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or Texas), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, correct it, delete it, get a copy, and opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

Your rights (EU, EEA and UK residents)

We process your data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, marketing similar products to customers) or with your consent (cookies, newsletter). You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.

International transfers

Some providers are located outside your country, including in the United States, Canada and Asia. When we transfer data from the EEA or UK, we rely on adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
