Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Delivery times

We ship your order within 7 business days of payment, and usually sooner. Delivery then usually takes 8 to 15 business days. Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 weeks of payment.

These dates are estimates. During busy periods, such as November and December, please allow extra time. We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date, including Christmas, so we recommend ordering early.

Some products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Tariffs, duties and taxes

Import tariffs are already included in our prices and free shipping, so you have nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated, we will email you a revised shipping date and you may cancel for a full refund. If your order has not arrived 45 days after shipping, contact us and we will reship it or refund you.

Damaged or lost packages

We are responsible for your package until it is delivered. If it arrives damaged or with the wrong item, email us at platonlanister@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photos, and we will fix it at no cost to you.

Shipping address

Please check your address before paying. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible; we can only change it before the order ships. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we will tell you the reshipping cost first.
