2. Scope
These terms apply to purchases made on our store. We currently sell and ship to the United States only. By placing an order you accept them. The version in force on the date of your order applies.
3. How to order
- Add products to your cart.
- At checkout, enter your details, shipping address and payment method.
- Review the order summary. You can correct any detail before confirming.
- Click the payment button. That click commits you to pay.
We will email you an order confirmation with a summary and links to these terms. Keep it as your copy of the contract.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free and import tariffs are included. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payment is taken when you confirm the order.
If a price contains an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Availability
If a product becomes unavailable after you pay, we will tell you and refund you within 14 days.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, explained in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered.
7. Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See Returns & Refunds or go straight to Start a Return.
8. Warranty
All products have a 30-day warranty against defects from the date of delivery, as explained in our returns policy. This does not affect any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the law of your state.
9. Liability
We are responsible for our products and for fulfilling your order as required by law. We are not responsible for damage caused by using a product against its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Intellectual property
Store content belongs to GoldenPick or its licensors and may not be used commercially without permission.
11. Customer service and complaints
Email platonlanister@gmail.com or call +34 675 059 645. We reply to complaints as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. We are not part of any alternative dispute resolution scheme.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts where you live.
