30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund, no reason needed. If your order arrives in several packages, the 30 days start when the last one is delivered. Sale and discounted items can also be returned.
How to start a return
- Use our Start a return page, or
- Email platonlanister@gmail.com with your name, order number and the items you are returning.
We will confirm your request by email and send you the return instructions.
Sending your return

You pay the return shipping, unless the item is defective or not what you ordered. Please use a tracked service and send us the tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
We refund the amount you paid for the returned items, to your original payment method, within 14 days of receiving them and checking their condition.
Condition of items
Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, with no dog hair, stains, odors or chew marks. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
Items that cannot be returned
Personalized or custom-made items, and sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
30-day warranty: defective, damaged or wrong items
These conditions do not apply to faulty items. All products have a 30-day warranty against defects, starting on the day of delivery. If an item arrives broken, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within those 30 days with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the problem. We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. You usually will not need to send the item back.
